   At Eden Housing, I\'m playing a mix of strategist, director, and master communicator. While I’m deeply involved in shaping the strategies that ensure our talent shines bright and building pipelines robust enough to fuel our organization\'s growth, I\'m equally passionate about our communication ethos. This isn\'t just about bridging departments; it\'s about weaving stories that resonate both internally and externally. Promoting Eden Housing\'s brand with partners and communities is much like promoting a blockbuster movie: you need the right script, the right channels, and of course, an audience that\'s eager to listen. Speaking of movies, I\'ve taken a thrilling detour into the world of film at Eden—producing, directing, and storyboarding our video series. Whether it\'s penning the copy or directing videos like our 55th anniversary series, it\'s all in a day\'s work. And, while I\'m juggling these roles, I\'m also managing our corporate events and ensuring our executives have just the right words to inspire. All this, while leading some of the most brilliant minds in the Communications and Organizational Development sectors. And I am still having fun!
