About Michael Dill

Currently, going through the transition from practitioner to organizational leader, responsible for communicating vision, developing tools, and building a larger community of laborers. Using my experience in executive, middle, and supervisory levels of management, I now work full-time to catalyze positive culture change through personal leadership development. I coordinate outreach activities, facilitate small group studies, and provide wholistic mentorship to key individuals.This work requires me to \"wear many hats\". To organizational leaders, I serve like a management consultant. To fundraise, I work as a development officer, marketing director, and accountant. To small group participants, I work as an event planner, teacher, theologian, and domestic host. To develop individuals, I serve as a personal trainer, social worker, and motivational speaker. To sustain this work, I aspire to maintain disciplines of contemplative prayer and physical fitness. I value hard work over big words.
