I am a general counsel with a focus on commercial transactions, corporate governance and M&A law. I negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial contracts including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, marketing and IP licensing agreements. I lead M&A due diligence and legal integration of newly acquired companies. This includes engaging with business groups including tax, finance, HR, IT, etc. to ensure continuity and grow revenue throughout the acquisition and integration process. My commercial contract responsibilities include drafting and negotiation for real estate leases, SaaS Contracts, Master Service Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, marketing agreements, NDA\'s, EULA\'s and any other commercial or corporate legal issue that arises. I have lead the creation of new business models from a legal standpoint, engaging with C-level executives to create new SaaS offerings and subscription models.
