As Vice President of Product at Mapp Digital, I lead our product management, technical writing, and training teams. I work directly with engineering across Europe, the US, and India to shape the roadmap and build the product - from defining requirements to reviewing early implementations.A key part of my role is rethinking how work gets done with AI. Not just adding AI features, but redesigning workflows so teams can move faster and customers get more value. I stay close to the details and collaborate daily with the teams to ship practical, reliable solutions across our product platform.
