Provides daily upkeep and routine maintenance of the said equipment. Works highly varied schedule, involving early morning, late nights and occasional 16 hour days. Required to set-up and take down special event, distinguishing between regular hours and overtime which includes the setup and take down of tables, chairs, movable screens/partitions, stoves, ovens, hotplates stanchions, ect. Responsible for charging sweeper and scrubber brushes and for washing and cleaning the scrubbing and vacuuming component of the vehicles. Checks and add or change the oil, gas, hydraulic fluid and cleaning solutions used in and by the vehicle. Uses manual cleaning tools such as wet mop, dust mops, brooms, hand scrappers, sponges rags/diapers and other cleaning devices for high cealing which may necessitate working from scaffolds. Moves heavy furniture, boxes, office equipment, and supplies to enable the cleaning operation to proceed,
