Recruiting, and helping others be successful, is my passion! I lead a group of Recruiters providing comprehensive training, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and strategic prospecting in the Missouri region. Analyzing territories, giving presentations, and utilizing SalesForce I implement plans to find the highest quality of men and women to serve in the World’s Greatest Navy Reserve. It is a great feeling to see your recruiters and team grow and accomplish a mission together. I have been blessed to serve in the Navy and stay excited about the future!
