About Michael Denunzio
I lead the Transportation industry sector for Aon Assessment Solutions North America. In that role I partner with transportation companies to design and implement talent assessment solutions that help them attract, select, retain, and develop top talent for their critical frontline and leadership roles. I also consult with clients across all other industries to deliver best-in-class solutions to help them achieve their talent goals. More broadly, I work within Aon’s Human Capital Solutions business to help clients make better workforce decisions with data and analytics. Additionally, I have published research in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes in the areas of personality, well-being, and adverse impact in personnel selection.
