Tower Capital Advisors, LLC is an advisory, banking and wireless infrastructure acquisition firm serving a variety of constituents involved with the cellular industry. TCA provides pro bono advice to property owners about the value of their assets and, to the extent they are interested in lease monetization or tower sales, provides some of the best pricing in the sector. TCA also offers investment banking services to portfolio buyers, investors and aggregation firms and publishes useful information about current market trends for wireless lease and tower valuations. As a National Partner of AT & T Mobility, since 2015 Tower Capital Advisors has been responsible for managing the carriers inbound Right of First Refusal acquisitions as well as other key assets as directed. Mr. DeMita has been in the wireless space for more than 20 years, has raised more than $400 million in debt and equity for lease acquisitions and has advised on an additional $700 million in debt and equity financings for this industry. In 2013, he sold the portfolio and platform of his last business for over $85 million to a multi-billion dollar infrastructure fund and an $8 billion private equity firm respectively.
