In addition to the CRA and Senior CRA responsibilities (noted in my IQVIA positions):• Assume the role of Lead CRA on clinical trials and serve as a main point of contact for protocol related questions for other members of the study team.• Help develop, and provide suggestions to improve innovations regarding monitoring methods• When a Remote CRA, provide detailed instructions, to traveling CRAs, of specifics items that are to be reviewed during their onsite visit to assure Sponsor deliverables are met.• Conduct re-monitoring and quality assurance, for other CRA’s sites, to confirm inspection readiness, for potential regulatory authority or Sponsor Audits. • Mentor company employees that are new to Clinical Research or new to their role. This includes training on company systems, coaching on how to work through difficult situations, how to write professional emails and answer any general questions that regard study management and GCP.
