Act as a Talent Advisor to Line of Business (LOB) Leadership to positively drive hiring strategy and talent decisions. • Support Payments, Marketing, Auditing and Risk Management Lines of Businesses with searches ranging from mid to senior level positions.• Manage consistent requisition load of 25-35 open requisitions via Workday Application Tracking System.• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all internal stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of the Payments and Risk LOB.• Facilitate meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss market trends and develop, implement, and execute on sourcing strategies for each job opening. • Proactively source, identify and pipeline qualified candidates utilizing Workday (ATS), LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Indeed, Internal teams, Boolean Strings, etc. to ensure a diverse and competitive candidate slate.• Ensure candidates have a positive experience by providing timely and professional communication, providing feedback and addressing concerns. • Partner with HRBP, Compensation and Hiring Managers to review salary range and candidate experience to negotiate offers for LOB Leadership approval. • Facilitate meetings with HRBP\'s on staffing plan alignment, adjustments and turnover analysis.• Collaborate with Finance and Compensation partners to review job codes/families, descriptions, and salary ranges for all new and existing positions.
