I currently work for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, within North America Manufacturing IT. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, I work heavily with engineering and plant IT. My day-to-day responsibilities are-Requirement gathering from local plant teams, and engineering-Developing and maintaining complex Tableau reports and dashboards-Ad-hoc reporting for Manufacturing IT-Perform and facilitate QA checks on data visualization projects-Troubleshoot data integrity issues Throughout my time at Goodyear, I have been developing numerous skills including-Tableau Development-Tableau Flow-Basic SQL Skills-Agile/Scrum-Project Management Fundamentals-Professional Communication-Customer Support-Second-tier Technical Support-Manufacturing Methodologies and Best Practices-Knowledge Base Article (KBA) Writing-Process FlowsSince the Covid-19 Pandemic began, I have been working remotely.
