I find entrepreneurs to be fascinating and have chosen to focus my career on representing and protecting them and their business concerns. My practice encompasses a wide range of services, including organizing and forming companies and general corporate compliance and housekeeping matters, managing relationships between co-founders and business partners, registering copyrights and trademarks, general website and internet rules and formalities (terms of use, privacy policies), navigating the capital raising and M&A process, and representing clients in intellectual property matters.
