As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Boviet Solar USA, I lead recruitment efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles to support the growth of our U.S. solar operations. I collaborate closely with department leaders to identify top talent, improve hiring processes, and build a strong workforce aligned with our mission of advancing renewable energy.With over a decade of experience in customer service, retail sales, and team leadership, I bring a people-centered approach to recruitment—focused on relationship building, candidate experience, and long-term fit.In addition to my role at Boviet, I am the founder and Chief Curating Officer of The M. Corbett Collection Custom Clothiers, a bespoke menswear brand serving clients across the Washington, D.C. area and Eastern North Carolina. This venture allows me to merge creativity with service by helping individuals express confidence and excellence through custom style.I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at Walden University, where I’m deepening my expertise in talent strategy, organizational leadership, and workforce development.Whether I’m building talent pipelines or tailoring the perfect suit, my passion remains the same: helping people look, feel, and perform at their best.
