Provide strategic and analytical leadership for the development, implementation, and advancement of the collective measurement program to demonstrate impact to leadership and the provincial government- Use knowledge of both the organization and the healthcare system to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and programs against organizational mission and goals, as well as design and implement effective strategies to improve process when required- Use professional acumen and effective communication to share ideas and explore potential opportunities for collaboration with physicians, committee members, and other external and internal partners- Identify and maintain relationships with professional groups and organizations and request referrals from partners with relevant expertise and influence as needed-
