Establishing the Internal Audit operations in preparation for the launch of The Temporary and American Place Casino. It is my overall responsibility as the Internal Audit Manager for ensuring independent audits within the company are completed for review of accounting, financial and other operations to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of accounting and management controls. Subsequently ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and the submitted system of internal controls. During the system development process, I assist with the design and facilitation of adequate controls into new systems or enhancements. Implemented systems are then placed into practice in order to protect against loss or serious error.
