Construction Executive with 20+ years of experience in the Municipal, Federal, and Industrial construction markets. I truly enjoy helping an organization be successful by establishing corporate goals with the executive team; developing action plans to achieve those goals; building, developing, mentoring, and leading teams to implement those plans; and ultimately celebrating the collective success of the individuals involved, the teams that were established, and the organization as a whole.I have been fortunate enough to experience diverse roles and responsibilities across all aspects of the construction process, including pre-construction (project identification, capture strategy, contract negotiation, contract execution, design, marketing, and business development), project execution (project engineering, project management, scheduling, change order negotiation) and project closeout (start-up, turnover, commissioning, and, unfortunately, claims and litigation).
