   In March of 2016 I am transferring back to the Pacific Northwest to the Verizon office in Bellevue, WA. During the 2015 year I was assigned the difficult Roof Tops and Macro sites that have been a backlogged priority for System Performance and RF and brought a majority of them to completion. Worked with the transport, construction, RF, accounting, outside counsel and the environmental teams to ensure the completion of the projects. Vendor Managed and set expectations/production levels for +/- 20 different companies during the 2015 year. Responsibilities include Real Estate lead for Project Mangement of the New Site Builds, Centerpoint Energy, Crown Castle for the Houston / Texas area. Production Team includes +/- 8 Site Acquistion Vendors and +/- 3 A&E vendors as well as the management of regulatory vendors for these new builds. Search Ring to jurisdictional approval and permitting.
