As a recent college graduate, I learned more about running a business selling sunglasses and t-shirts on the boardwalk in Ocean City than I ever learned in school.I quickly realized that the most valuable asset a company can have is a motivated, engaged workforce.Years later, I found myself in the insurance business, specializing in employee and executive benefits.
