Responsible for the oversight and administration of LLRW Services Agreements (SA). This role ensures contract T & Cs are adhered to while maintaining strict compliance with program requirements. Responsibility includes working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, address and resolve adverse conditions, and support the organization’s commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:1. Contract Oversight and Administration-Manage LLRW SAs, ensuring all T & Cs are adhered to-Verify/validate compliance with program requirements, policies, and regulations-Monitor contract performance, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.2. Compliance and Risk Management-Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations-Identify and address any potential compliance risks or adverse conditions promptly-Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audits and inspections.3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement-Work closely with internal departments such as legal, procurement, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and clarity on contract expectations-Partner with external service providers, regulatory agencies, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution-Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.4. Project Management-Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of LLRW-related projects-Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and report on status to leadership-Resolve project challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.5. Continuous Improvement-Identify opportunities for process improvement in contract administration and project execution-Develop and implement best practices for managing LLRW SAs-Provide training and guidance to team members on contract and compliance matters.
