The Rangel Program selects outstanding Rangel Fellows annually in a highly competitive nationwide process and provides them with up to in benefits to prepare for a career in the U.S. Foreign Service. The program supports fellows through two years of graduate study, internships, mentoring, and professional development activities. Upon completion of the program, fellows are appointed as Foreign Service Officers.
