   Michael Crowther joined TRA in 2011 as a project manager and lead subject matter expert in transportation security and emergency preparedness and training. Sgt. Crowther has worked in law enforcement for over 30 years, much of which was spent as a member of the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Police Department. His law enforcement experience has included management and implementation of transit policing, development and implementation of security and emergency preparedness programs, and security program training. Prior to joining the DRPA PD Michael was an MP in the US Army assigned to Germany where he worked in Kitzingen, Mannheim, Heidelburg & Berlin. In September of 2018 Michael was named a Senior Consultant. This new title includes assessing security deployment strategies and practices, training, safety and security outreach programs, risk management, threat and vulnerability assessments and reviews. and emergency preparedness at the many transportation agency\'s TRA works with.
