ABOUT MICHAEL CROSBY

I am an ambitious, motivated and highly organised Customer Success, Account Manager and Project Manager, who has gained valuable experience within the consumer goods and IT industries. Following graduation, I established my career by completing the prestigious IBM Graduate Scheme which included 3 successful rotations, and a subsequent offer of a permanent job. Through my work experience to date, I have developed a variety of skills including IT project management, international key account development, data analysis and brand launch. I am bi-lingual and have excellent communication skills, I relish in building meaningful relationships with stakeholders. Some of my career highlights include- I was selected from thousands of applicants and passed multiple stages of an ultra-competitive assessment for the prestigious IBM Graduate Scheme. I received excellent feedback from managers and subsequently secured a permanent role with IBM- I signed an ATM software maintenance contract with a large UK Retail Bank worth £1.5m having identified a service requirement within the banking client and created and delivered an engaging and needs-based pitch - I was a Key Account Manager for the acquisition of ULTA Beauty to the New Flag portfolio worth in excess $1million per annum- I successfully pitched two new beauty brands to existing clients in North America and subsequently led the brand launchesDuring a recent period of travel, I was able to explore my interest in wine by gaining work experience in an Australian winery. I have since furthered my experience and passion for winemaking by joining the leading privately-owned winemaker in France.My career history and achievements to date demonstrate that I am an adept, capable and versatile employee who can offer a variety of transferable skills.I would be happy to share a copy of my CV on request.
