Since serving as a foreign military advisor I\'ve gained a sincere appreciation for emotional intelligence and cross-cultural communication. And now I apply it in a variety of situations; whether leading a team of volunteers, providing pastoral care to my congregation, or even when I\'m on the phone with customer service trying to get my wifi to work.• I relish the opportunity to lead a team through change! This is true whether I\'m helping a team develop or implement a new process, enduring organizational/leadership change, or reaching across cultural boundaries to inspire change. I view the challenge of change as an opportunity for growth and momentum.• I am driven by goal accomplishment!
