Spare Parts Provisioning Specialist contracted till June 20th, 2025Spare parts Provisioning Specialist working as part of the Materials Management team taking ownership of the provisioning of spare parts for the GTL Uzbekistan project for Air products.To identify, specify, and procure the hard goods (Maintenance and Capital spare parts) for new productions plants. responsible to execute project work in accordance with project time schedules and budget to ensure spare parts availability from new plant commissioning/start up dates.As the Spare parts Provisioning Specialist, I am responsible for:• Attending project kick off meetings with project team, procurement, and logistic teams to gather project’s scope and requirements.• Obtaining quotations from vendors for capital and maintenance spares following the sparing philosophy and guidelines.• Reviewing sparing recommendations along with engineering disciplines based on plant reliability requirements, plant geography, current company stock holdings, and usage rate.• Preparation of load files for new and extended hard good Materials Masters in SAP.• Creation and issue of requisitions for all new hard goods in SAP.• Expedite purchase orders, resolve incorrect / late deliveries with Vendors and assist Accounts Payable with invoice queries.• Creation of load files for new equipment hard goods SAP Bills of Materials (BoM).• Set up supply chain replenishment in SAP and set safety stock levels for new plants considering existing inventory and sparing philosophy.• Plan and execute Stores/Warehouse Set Ups for New Plants.• Maintaining a close liaison with supply chain warehouses and in- house shipping department, to manage the consolidation and distribution of purchased spare parts for new projects.

As a Spare Parts Provisioning Specialist at Air Products Europe, I am responsible for the procurement and provisioning of spare parts for the GTL Uzbekistan project. I work closely with the project team, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of hard goods, including maintenance and capital spare parts. I also attend project kick-off meetings and coordinate the classification of main equipment, parts, and operational services into the correct commodity families based on application and \'where-used\'. Prior to joining Air Products Europe, I worked as a Technical Coding Engineer at KCA Deutag and a Cataloguer at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited. In these roles, I was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of product master data and associated bill of materials (BOMs) in SAP4Hana and Maximo. I also liaised with assets and vendors to coordinate the preparation of product master data and ensured that requests for product master data were complete and met the required standards. I have a HNC in Business Management Studies from Aberdeen College of Further Education and Suffolk Technical College. I am skilled in sourcing, delivery performance, and expediting.
