Current secondment: High Speed 2 - would cost team - October 2025 to present- working in an estimating and cost assurance capacity, working on HeadHouse and tunnels.Previous Secondment:Baltic Power Offshore Windfarm project - Offshore Wind Energy - September 2023 to October 2025.Involving monthly travel to client offices in Warsaw, Poland, I am working client-side as a contract manager on the WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) package. Working with FIDIC and BIMCO contracts, leading on two Charter Party transport and installation contracts(Cadeler) and two radar (bird and vessel) contracts and heavily supporting on the Turbine Supply Agreement (Vestas) and Pre-Assembly Port contract (Port of Roenne)Responsibilities- Claims management & negotiation- Assessment & negotiation of Variations to the contracts- Monthly assessments & administration of contractor applications for payment- Regular reporting to management including monthly cost forecasting for the WTG package (all contracts)- Working closely with project managers and technical leads to contractually resolve constantly evolving technical issues- Weekly meetings with contractors- Daily contract management and administration.
