Lead a team of Developer Advocates Support internal and external developers with application development and architecture Write comprehensive IT documentation Onboard and train new developers on how to use the product and resources Troubleshoot customer development issues Create and manage service tickets for customer issues Evolve our product offerings through user research, interviews, and case studies Facilitate clients’ positive experience in the adoption of new technologies and offer strategic alignment to assist in customer expectations Build relationships with key influencers within the tech community while collecting and prioritizing product feedback and technical blockers Work directly with upper management to drive application development, product roadmaps, and showcase opportunities Demonstrate product features, functionality, use-cases, etc, to customers via demos Present at industry conferences Champion and evangelize the company brand and products, features, and services to technical stakeholders and community at large Create technical documentation and tutorials to assist customers with the development of products and applications Research, develop, and implement training initiatives for stakeholders across all channels including social media, email, print, digital, photo, and video Write sample code (Python/JavaScript) and how-to articles that can be published on blogs and shared with our customers Contributes to product community by sharing learnings, tips & tricks, tutorials, and other required documentation
