I joined Zoom to establish the EMEA branch of their proposals team and now support sales teams in the region with the formal procurement processes they encounter. I am responsible for managing the full RFx lifecycle and work to develop engaging sales content and winning bid themes, as well as providing contributions to the bid/no-bid decision process, where required. I cover projects in the region across all verticals including healthcare, education, enterprise, and the public sector, and regularly support teams across North America and APAC.My other responsibilities include supporting ad hoc projects to drive revenue growth, the training and education of proposal management processes across EMEA and APAC, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the team\'s response repository.
