Lead large-scale data-driven campaigns that increase employer awareness, position the enterprise as an employer of choice, and meet hiring goals- Launched new research-based employee value proposition and employer brand- Lead team that manages all recruiting messaging and channels for Highmark Health and Allegheny Health Network, including paid media campaigns, social media, earned media, recruiting and event collaterals, and candidate relationship management campaigns- Within one year: increased total applications for critical roles by 54%. Increased unique candidates for critical roles by 57%.
