Cooke delivers better quality construction at lower prices than competitors, period. We are perfectly suited for mid-sized commercial construction projects. Most commercial general contracting companies today are simple pass-through organizations. They\'re management companies that organize others that actually do the work. They hire turnkey vendors, mark their work up, add in some overhead and send you the bill. Cooke grinds the way GC\'s did 30 years ago, buying materials, labor and self-performing work. Years in that grind has taught me the real, underlying costs of the work. I drive and control that cost rather than passing on vendor costs and quotes to the owner. Over the past 5 years I\'ve consistently saved owners 10-15% or more on commercial projects in the $500k to $10 million range.If you want to pay more you can, it\'s your right.but you don\'t have to.
