With over 6 years of experience as a partner and director at EY, I lead the People Advisory Services practice for UK Government, helping clients to translate transformation into meaningful activities that empower and develop their people and deliver outstanding service to their customers.I have a passion for social impact and innovation, and I spearhead edgy, impactful CSR initiatives that positively influence lives in the community. I also serve as a member of the Advisory Board for the EPSRC Grand Challenge: Self Repairing Cities, a unique research programme that aims to maintain utility assets without digging up the roads by 2050. As a trusted advisor and leader, I inspire others to believe in a better world and have the courage to do the right thing. I have a particular interest in the impact of Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS) on the future workforce, and I leverage my strategy, management consulting, and change management skills to enable organisations to thrive in the digital age.
