   Responsible for a corporate real estate portfolio of over 250 medical office buildings and administration facilities, pharmacies, labs, and warehouses totaling over 15 million square feet in Southern California in support of Kaiser Permanente members and staff. This includes management of over $100 million annual operating budget as well as a $8 Million capital plant maintenance budget. Directly responsible for client relationship management (CRM), dashboard reporting using data driven methodologies, and decisions on space allocations, operations, and management. Responsible for in-house and outsourced engineering department, administration support team, and management of service contracts, outsourcing, lease administration, peer group leadership, and compliance with established corporate and legislative requirements. Responsible for Region-wide energy reduction of 2 percent per year, and the waste minimization program. I’m directly involved with contract management of outsourced EVS management at several medical centers. I developed and distributed the Southern California dashboard to track contract and in-house EVS performance. I’m a key member of the space management committee which has responsibility for space planning and programming, as well as alternative workplace strategies for 1.6M square feet of admin space housing over 7 thousand employees. I serve as co-chair of Regional Disaster Preparedness.
