Michael was part of the team delivering OTBI and BIP reports for an ERP and HCM delivery on the run up to Go Live in October 2024. Michael was also tasked with Leading a team of internal BI Consultants to deliver the full suite of approximately 200 HCM Letters for the Scottish Government onboarding and recruitment as well as contract and workforce management. This was done by using BIP Data Models, Document of Records and Value Sets for PDF output and BIP Data Models running off Parameters for editable Letters in Word. After Go Live Michael investigated defects, rectifying issues and tested and redeployed the updated and corrected reports and Analyses via development environments to production. Also assisted with all administrative and security issues after system updates, patches, quarterly releases and production clones to development environments to ensure that environments were workable for the development team. Michael is currently extending the Oracle functionality by building intuitive HCM and Procurement Dashboards for the use of Line Managers, Financial Managers and Procurement Buyers. To ensure that these work across the workforce, custom User Roles were created to view data across Workforce Management, Performance, Finance, Procurement and Payroll.
