As a member of AMG’s Management Board, Mike leads corporate strategy, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic development initiatives across the company’s worldwide operations.With a career spanning executive leadership, corporate development, and finance, Mike brings a proven ability to align strategic vision with financial discipline to deliver sustainable growth. He began his career providing assurance, accounting, and advisory services to U.S. and multinational corporations—experience that continues to shape his approach to governance, risk management, and value creation. Beyond his executive role, Mike serves on several boards within AMG and external organizations, where he contributes his expertise in strategy, corporate governance, and capital markets to advance growth and long-term performance. His board experience reflects a commitment to strong governance, responsible leadership, and stakeholder value.Mike holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from LaSalle University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
