Departments directors for Environmental Services (Water, Sewer, Solid Waste), Administrative Services, Community and Economic Development, Workforce Development, Job and Family Services, Stillwater Center and Office of Management and Budget all report to the County Administrator.Assistant County Administrator for the Department of Development Services, which includes, Workforce Talent & Recruitment, Youth Employment Services, Workforce Training & Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Small Business Microenterprise Program, Economic Development Incentives, Planning Commission, Building Regulations, Dayton Region Israel Trade Alliance, and the Business Solutions Center. Vice President of Sivic Solutions Group SSG, responsible for client relations and development of new products, specializing in Medicaid payment and claims processing, cost allocation planning, grants management, eligibility systems (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, and Child Care), Special Education tracking and reporting, and web based systems using custom software development.Director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), a $20-plus billion agency with nearly employees. ODJFS is responsible for supervising the state’s public assistance, Medicaid, workforce development, unemployment compensation, child and adult protective services, adoption, child care, and child support programs. ODJFS Chief Financial Officer. Supervised the agency’s adoption of the Ohio Administrative Knowledge system, Ohio’s new financial system, and the County Finance Information System.
