About Michael Cho

With over 9 years of work experience in the IT and security industry, I am a senior quality assurance engineer at Panasonic i-PRO Sensing Solutions Corporation of America, where I create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for IP video surveillance software products. I am passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards for our clients, and I have a master\'s degree in security management from the University of Houston-Downtown. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the Panasonic team, as I am fluent in both English and Korean.In my current role, I leverage my technical support and networking skills to estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, identify, record, document, and track bugs, perform thorough regression testing, monitor debugging process results, and liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
