I am proud to be an assistive technology trainer at Posturite, where we provide customised one-on-one assistive technology and coping strategy training sessions for professionals with diverse learning needs, neurodiversity, and unique learning styles. Our training sessions are flexible and convenient, as we can deliver them at the client\'s workplace, home or online. We adapt each training session to the specific needs and abilities of each client, ensuring that they have the necessary tools to succeed in their work, improve their productivity, and enhance their quality of life. Our approach is designed to provide a personalised learning experience that boosts the client\'s skills and abilities in a supportive and accommodating environment. Some of the assistive technology solutions we offer include text-to-speech software, speech recognition software, mind mapping software, literacy support software, and ergonomic devices. We also teach coping strategies such as time management, organisation, prioritisation, note-taking, and stress management. We have received positive feedback from our clients who have reported increased confidence, motivation, and satisfaction in their work after completing our training sessions.
