Facilities portfolio manager of a $18-23MM heavy oil drilling program in Northeast Alberta, Lloyminster, and Central Alberta area with an average annual well count of more than 40 wells. • Spearheaded and executed standard well pad design to reduce engineering time from 3 weeks to 1.5 weeks. Stakeholders were deeply involved in the initial design as well as continuous improvement process.• Developed 3D model for the standard design to ensure consistency, such as where the piping elevationchanges along the line, were maintained across all pads in all areas.• Coordinated with Drilling and Completions on high-producing pads so certain equipment and infrastructure could be installed prior to drilling while providing enough spacing for them. Well online dates were reduced by a minimum of one week.• Respectfully challenged construction team to perform as much pre-fabrication as possible to shorten on-site time by 2 to 4 days, where saving on costs was also observed.• Successfully managed conventional and thermal well site tie-ins and pipeline installation when required, with TIC ranging from $850k to $1.7MM.
