BMW of Sioux Falls is the leading luxury line of vehicle in the greater Sioux Empire area. My territory covers SD, ND, MT, WY and parts of IA, NE and MN. I am responsible for recruiting, training and developing sales advisors, finance advisors and our internet process team members. I must also ensure that our staff is confident about where they are employed so that they carry on our mission of being so effective that we are able to be helpful to others.
