I was hand-picked for this project as a subject matter expert for all data and process-related aspects of Mine and Mill Maintenance and Operations. The Project - known as RBS (Renew Business Systems)- has been a multi-year long effort to replace a number of older, non-supported business systems with more modern, integratable systems. In this role I have touched all aspects of building and managing projects within projects, data analysis, data quality and clean-up, data mapping, data transformation, data integration, change management, training, general support post-implementation, providing communications to both up and down the org chart, presenting updates and demos, being involved with user acceptance testing, etc.
