As a professional with over 25 years of consulting experience implementing financial, operational, back office and CRM applications, I offer a wide variety of expertise. With full project life cycle experience in the following industry vertical areas: media, financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, field service, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, non-profit & others. I have a broad understanding of company’s business requirements. I have been involved in the areas of RFP, pre sales discovery, product demonstrations, proposal creation & presentations. I’ve been responsible for business policy, product implementation, internal reporting systems, & managing/mentoring staff. My responsibilities included the conducting of business requirements gathering sessions, need and workflow analysis and review, documentation of the business model, creation of Statements of Work and project plans, resource assignment and scheduling, data mapping, testing, user training, support, the overall supervision of implementation team, weekly status meetings, management of the project budget, issues, risks, and other project related tasks. Project managed and consulted on over 75 successfully completed projects defined as delivered on time, within budget, with a high customer satisfaction, which included replacing SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, JD Edwards installations as well as Siebel and SalesForce CRM environments. These tier 1 replacement projects included working with such companies as BPA International, Cerberus Capital Management, Forex Capital Management, Indigene Pharmaceuticals, Iron Mountain, Major League Soccer, Millennium Hotels, NYC Economic Development Corp, Town of Southampton, WebMD, and Ziff Davis.
