Adapt to ever-changing failures that arise daily to assess risk to the customer and develop solutions with the lowest risk- Conduct control builds of laser, optical assemblies to review work instructions to improve processes and communication with our technicians. Conduct an independent design review for old and new assemblies for possible updates- Lead concurrent RCCAs with multi-functional teams to solve program issues. Prepared presentation of solutions and status to present to the program team and management weekly- Lead meetings with appropriate team members to conduct design, material, and process reviews. Perform industry-standard internal audits to ensure the teams conform to the AS9100 and ISO9001 Quality standards. Presented findings and problems solved for our customer- Communicate daily with the inspection team on mechanical and optical product non-conformances and work with functional teams to solve the issues to get compliant parts. Work with vendors to understand the products more in-depth and foster a healthy manufacturing environment- Presented at ASQ 32nd Annual Collaboration on Quality in the Space and Defense Industries Forum on the Young Quality Professionals Panel to many high ranking officials in the defense industry.
