Having spent the last 15 years working as an industrial insulator, I\'ve worked on a wide range of projects. My experience allows me to successfully manage projects from bid stage through to completion. Consistently looking to improve my skill set and also work with others to develop theirs. Building a strong team from within is key in growth of your product. I have had the pleasure to work with many talented people over my career, that now being a mentor to others is truly rewarding. Estimating and Project Management provide me with the excitement that keeps my drive pushing forward. Completing work safely within the confines of schedule and budget are key to what I do.
