About Michael Calder
I help people navigate the complicated waters of medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury litigation throughout Pennsylvania. When a person is killed or seriously injured in a hospital, outpatient surgical center, physician\'s office, dentist\'s office, or motor vehicle collision, a lawyer who actually takes cases to trial is necessary. Serious cases are often aggressively defended by skilled and experienced attorneys hired by insurance companies, so victims of catastrophic events need an advocate who will stand up to the insurance industry and fight for what is right.Results matter to me. In addition to delivering my clients millions of dollars through private settlements, I have taken cases to trial across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Those efforts have resulted in awards of nearly and most (a record-setting jury verdict for the county). I am not afraid to fight for my clients, now or ever.
