ABOUT MICHAEL C.
Michael is Global Account Vice President at TechnipFMC and he manages the strategic partner relationship between TechnipFMC and ExxonMobil. He has worked in the oil and gas industry for 20 years. Michael has served in various operations, project management and business development roles for FMC Technologies in Houston and Rio de Janeiro Brazil. He has worked on multiple subsea development projects including: ExxonMobil Julia, Hadrian South, Hibernia Southern Extension, Unit Ben Nevis Avalon, Rockefeller, Mica Marshall Madison and MEGI projects, Shell BC-10, Shell Crosby, BP Marlin, Kerr McGee Boomvang Nansen, Petrobras Roncador Early Production System, and Petrobras America Cottonwood Project. Before becoming the Account Director to ExxonMobil, Michael was Project Manager for the Shell BC-10/Parque das Conchas project and lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on two separate assignments with FMC Technologies. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to FMC, he was a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
