ABOUT MICHAEL C.

I provide an extensive background in the IT industry with a focus on Web Commerce implementations using the Oracle Commerce Solution (formerly known as ATG and Endeca). I have provided clients with dynamic solutions to meet their requirements, performance goals, and time lines without sacrificing security, reliability, and consistency. Many hours have been spent reviewing performance test results, source code and configurations, Java thread and heap dumps, monitoring information, and log files to find where additional performance can be gained or issues resolved to create a better more consistent user experience. I have mentored and trained a large number of customers, team mates, and friends in the best practices for implementing, deploying, tuning, and writing applications utilizing Oracle Commerce, most commonly using the ATG Framework. A wide variety of platforms, operating systems, application servers have been used throughout my career to provide the best solution to meet my client\'s needs.
