I provide advice from the early planning stages for a site including planning appraisals, portfolio reviews, site searches, and examining/preparing evidence base documents, preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals, Local Plan representations, through to running consultation and engagement programmes and providing planning strategy advice. I have worked with both public and private sector clients and for both landowners and developers. My focus is on the residential sector but I also have experience with education and general commercial schemes.I am always keen to expand my professional network, including those who are entering professional roles for the first time.
