Extensive experience in both signal processing and machine learning algorithm development and implementation for the wireless communications, biotechnology, automotive, and medical device industries. Algorithms include statistical signal and image processing, time and frequency synchronization and acquisition, temporal and spatial adaptive filtering, detection, equalization, parametric signal modeling, feature extraction/selection, supervised (deep neural networks and support vector machines) classification, unsupervised clustering, data mining, and principle components analysis. Algorithm development and statistical analysis is typically performed in MATLAB. Implemented and integrated many of these algorithms on a variety of fixed-point and floating-point platforms in both C/C++ and assembly.
