With over two decades in the rail industry, I specialise in managing multi-disciplinary teams across civils, track, signalling and telecoms—bringing deep experience as a CRE/CEM and trusted delivery leader.From recent high-profile schemes like Cullybackey and Operational Telecoms in Northern Ireland, to framework-wide planning and risk control across the UK, I’m committed to delivering value, safety, and client satisfaction.
