Maintains relationships with stakeholders for smooth supply chain operations and customer satisfaction, while prioritizing safety and developing people to enable scalability. Engages in integrated logistics support management team meetings for research and development efforts, Program Management Reviews, and Executive Steering Groups. Authors and maintains program documentation, including but not limited to documentation regarding requirements, cost, schedule, performance, risk, impacts, the development of acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports and status of the program. Provides Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Requirements collection to the CRA program. Develops input to Product Support Strategies and Integrated Life Cycle Sustainment Plans. Maintains project status for client. Supervise and mentor a large, technically diverse team. Team with the government customer and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize near-term taskings. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Identify and execute on-contract growth opportunities. Manage subcontractors, consultants, and client activities. Responsible for overseeing the execution of procedures and processes involved in supply chian and logistics activities to meet or exceed project deliverable, cost, or scheduling goals. Responsible for executing against key milestones and deliverable timelines.
