ABOUT MICHAEL BROWN
I am a member of the Association for Project Management and a Chartered Civil Engineer, with project and team management experience at all stages of construction and development projects. I have a proven track record of project delivery, long-term relationship management, business development and commercial project management. I also provide leadership, training and mentoring to enable staff and team development. I have extensive project management experience at the procurement and construction stages, and contract administration under NEC3/4 and JCT forms of contract. I have worked for a range of public and private sector clients within my consultancy roles on buildings, infrastructure and remediation development schemes.My role within Harworth Group is to provide technical, programme and project management advice and oversight on acquisition and development projects. I am also involved in building and maintaining longer term relationships and undertaking due diligence on strategic land opportunities. My role covers technical input throughout the full project cycle from acquisitions, through planning and delivery and includes disposals and long term maintenance and preparing and implementing site exit strategies.
